Terms and how we work

These terms explain how ADH Digital (ABN 79 873 284 120) works with clients, and the terms of using this website. When you engage us, you'll also receive a written quote and client agreement. If anything in your agreement differs from this page, your agreement applies.

Quotes

• We don't publish set prices, because every business is different.
• Every job gets a written quote before any work starts, setting out what's included, the price, the monthly fee (if any) and the timeline.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Anything outside the quote is quoted separately before we do it, never added afterwards.

Payment

• Build work: 50% when you accept the quote, 50% when you approve the finished work.
• Monthly plans: billed monthly in advance, starting when your website or system goes live.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. If a monthly plan stays unpaid for 30 days, we may pause the services it covers after letting you know.

Timing

• Websites go live within 7 days of us receiving your completed content (your services, photos and details).
• Back-office systems and apps have a timeline set out in your quote.
• If we're waiting on something from you, the clock pauses until we have it.
• Apps are published through Apple's App Store processes, which can add time outside our control.

Monthly plans

Your monthly plan keeps everything running: hosting, security, backups, updates and support. From step 2 up it also covers the services that run in the background, such as review requests and missed-call text-back. Any minimum term is set out in your quote.

Changes

• Your build includes two rounds of changes before you approve it.
• After launch, website care includes two small changes a quarter (for example a new price, photo or phone number). Just text or email them through.
• Bigger changes, such as new pages or features, are quoted first.
• Support for back-office systems and apps, including response times, is set out in your agreement.

What you own

• Your domain name is registered in your business's name. We manage it for you while you're a client.
• Your content (words, photos, logos and business information) stays yours.
• Your customer data in any system we build belongs to your business. See our privacy policy.
• Ownership and licensing of the software behind back-office systems and apps is set out in your agreement.

Your part

• Send us accurate information and content, on time.
• Only send us photos, logos and text you have the right to use.
• Check the finished work before you approve it.
• You're responsible for the claims your business makes, such as licences, prices and guarantees.

Leaving

You can stop working with us at any time, subject to any minimum term in your quote. When you leave, we hand over your domain, your website files, your content and your customer data in a usable format, and we part on good terms.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Using this website

• The phones, screens and job details shown on the homepage are illustrations, not real customer data.
• The ADH Digital name, logo and site content belong to ADH Digital. Please don't copy them without asking.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
